Barry M. Glazer is a Certified Professional Parliamentarian and Teacher (CPP-T) in the American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP), serving as 2004-2006 President. A member of the AIP Revision Committee for the fourth edition of The Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure, he also served on the authorship team for that book’s successor, The American Institute of Parliamentarians Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure. Barry has also been an active member of NAP since 1992, and frequently teaches at both AIP and NAP events. A retired anesthesiologist, he works as a full-time parliamentarian, primarily doing convention work and teaching presiding workshops.
